The new building for the Haifa police HQ is a multi-purpose center for all police departments throughout the city. The new building comprises two wings: a 13-storey administrative wing, and a 4-storey operational wing.

The buildings program includes a multitude of facilities, including a reception area, administrative & field departments, an auditorium and section for storage & equipment for emergencies. The architectural plan presents a new image of what police work is and recognizes the importance of public service. Furthermore, the building is designed to have a friendly presence toward visitors.
